Netwrkz B.V. values your privacy highly. In this statement we explain which personal data we process, why, for how long, and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data Controller
Netwrkz B.V. is the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR. For questions about this privacy policy, you can contact us at legal@netwrkz.io.
2. What data we process
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number and company name.
- Content of messages you send via the contact form.
- Email address when signing up for our newsletter.
- Technical data (IP address, browser type, device) only when you give consent via the cookie banner.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Contacting us: performance of a (pre-)contract and/or your consent.
- Newsletter: your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email.
- Functional cookies: legitimate interest to make the website work.
- Analytical/marketing cookies: only after your consent.
4. Retention periods
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary. Contact requests are retained for a maximum of 24 months, newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe, and consent records (cookies) for a maximum of 12 months.
5. Sharing with third parties
We only share data with processors who help us provide our services (hosting, email services). We have concluded data processing agreements with all these parties. We never sell your data to third parties.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the data we process about you;
- Rectification or completion of incorrect data;
- Erasure ('right to be forgotten');
- Restriction of processing;
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- Data portability;
- Withdraw previously given consent.
You can send a request to legal@netwrkz.io. We respond within 30 days. Not satisfied? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures, including TLS encryption, access management and password encryption, to protect your data.
