Processor Register
Netwrkz B.V. engages a number of sub-processors to deliver its services. We have concluded data processing agreements (DPA) with all of these parties in accordance with GDPR art. 28. Below you will find the categories of processors; specific supplier names are provided on request to data subjects or supervisory authorities.

Transfers outside the EEA
In principle, we do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If a transfer is unavoidable in a specific case, we rely exclusively on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) of the European Commission, supplemented by a Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA) where necessary.
Access to specific suppliers
Data subjects who wish to know which specific suppliers are engaged within the categories above can submit a request via /privacy-request. We respond within 30 days in accordance with GDPR art. 12(3).
Changes
Changes to this register will be announced on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
