Terms and Conditions

In these terms, 'Netwrkz' means Netwrkz B.V., established in the Netherlands; 'Client' means the natural or legal person entering into an agreement with Netwrkz B.V.; 'Services' means all staffing and consultancy services offered by Netwrkz B.V.

These terms apply to every offer, quotation and agreement between Netwrkz B.V. and the Client, unless deviated from in writing.

All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise. An agreement is formed at the moment the Client provides written acceptance.

Netwrkz B.V. undertakes to perform the services with the greatest possible care, on a best-efforts basis. Timeframes are indicative unless explicitly designated as binding.

Fees are exclusive of VAT and any travel expenses, unless stated otherwise. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. Statutory commercial interest is due in case of late payment.

The liability of Netwrkz B.V. is limited to the amount paid out under its liability insurance in the relevant case, increased by the deductible. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.

Both parties are obliged to keep confidential all confidential information obtained in the context of the agreement.

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Netwrkz B.V. is established.

Netwrkz B.V. reserves the right to amend these terms. The most current version is always available on this page.
